DiGreen aims to tackle
digital and green skill gaps in higher education and municipal practice. The incorporation of digital and green learning in
higher education, where this is not a primary focus and in municipal practice, where there is the need for practical use of
such knowledge, are targeted. **DiGreen gives a strong emphasis on the involvement of practitioners working at the
municipality and city public bodies, who may be a left-out group regarding digital and green skills.

The
overall objective is to support and promote national interests in the
international context by increasing the quality of the doctoral and
postdoctoral studies in Romania, supporting 105 PhD students and 150
postdoctoral students, through a network which is based on gradual
research centers – developed in all directions regarding the
national strategy for research development and innovation 2007-2013 –
national and transnational partnerships focusing on the development of
scientific and entrepreneurial capacity of the target group members.

a model which enables the forecast for the E-inclusion level in Romania
until 2015; Estimate the impact of different public intervention in a

project contributes to accelerating the process of convergence and
increases the efficiency of public investment.
